You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Contest Dates: June 1, 2009 – August 31, 2009

Prizes: One, (1) grand prize winner and twenty-five, (25) secondary winners will be randomly selected no later than September 15, 2009. Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If CBS12 cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded. (1) Grand prize winner will be awarded Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to four (4) people in a maximum of one (1) room at a hotel selected by Universal Orlando for one (1) night. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, Four (4)1-Day/2-Park Universal Orlando tickets valid for admission to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks through December 31, 2009, One (1) Universal Orlando Resort general parking pass valid through December 31, 2009. Twenty-five (25) secondary prize winners will be awarded Two (2), 1-Day/2-Park Universal Orlando tickets valid for admission to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks through December 31, 2009 and One (1) Universal Orlando Resort general parking pass valid through December 31, 2009. Blackout dates or other restrictions may apply. Winner travel arrangements must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to winner travel and are subject to availability. Hotel stay, theme park, and hard ticket dates may not be changed after scheduling, acceptance, and confirmation by Universal Orlando. All elements of each Grand Prize package must be used, redeemed, fulfilled, booked and/or confirmed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted. If winner is unable to fulfill any portion of the prize during the time period specified, winner forfeits the entire prize package. Winner and guests must travel at the same time. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. All tickets are valid during normal operating hours only. Operating hours and availability of attractions and shows are subject to change without notice. Some special events may be separately ticketed. Universal Orlando reserves the right to change the name of all tickets. All tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed “hard ticket” entertainment events at either of the theme parks or within any of the Universal City Walk venues.

Entry forms must be filled out completely and be received no later than midnight on August 31st, 2009.

CBS12 reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.

Employees of CBS12, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

CBS12/WPEC shall not be liable for lost or stolen entries, personal or property injury, losses or failure of providers in connection with awarding of this prize.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

Entrants further grant to CBS12 the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.

CBS12 reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

UPICKEM and CBS12 are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
